Institute of Cosmic Sciences, Panchkula (Chandigarh Tri-city), is an elite institute successfully running various courses for spreading and advancement of our Ancient Cosmic Sciences like Astrology, Vastu, Palmistry and other allied subjects, evolved by our great Sages/Maharishis, through quality education since 2014.
The Institute has well qualified, experienced and dedicated faculty to conduct weekend classes for all these courses, which are being held in well maintained and spacious class rooms at Hallmark Public School, Sector-15, Panchkula.

Classes Schedule

Weekend classes on Saturday (Afternoon) and Sunday (Forenoon) are being held at Hallmark Public School, Sector-15, Panchkula.

Commencement of Courses

New batches for each course commence twice, in January and July, every year. Admission process for all these courses begins from the first day of the previous month.

Our Chairman

Er. K.L. Verma Chairman, ICS

K.L. Verma has done B.Sc. Engineering (Civil) and LL.B. from Punjab University, Chandigarh. He has rich professional experience. He joined ‘Milkfed Punjab’ (A Punjab Govt. State Level Co-operative Sector Organization) as Assistant Engineer (Civil), in Feb. 1982 and after serving the organization seriously, sincerely and honestly for 30 years, retired as Executive Engineer (Head of Civil Construction Division of the Organization), on Feb. 29, 2012. His keen interest in Astrology and allied sciences motivated him to pursue several courses in this field to enhance his knowledge on these subjects.

K.L. Verma has done Jyotish Visharada from Indian Council of Astrological Sciences (Regd.), Chennai and Vastu Rishi from All India Federation of Astrologers’ Societies (Regd.) New Delhi. In addition, he has also done courses in Palmistry and Numerology from Indian Council of Astrological Sciences (Regd.), Chennai and Lal Kitab Jyotish from All India Federation of Astrologers’ Societies (Regd.), New Delhi.

He currently heads the institute in the name and style as “Institute of Cosmic Sciences” (Formerly KLV Institute of Astro-Vastu and Joyful Living, Panchkula) which is running successfully since 2014, which was earlier affiliated to All India Federation of Astrologers’ Societies (Regd.), New Delhi and now working under the overall supervision and guidance of Cosmic Sciences Research and Education Trust, registered under indian trust act vide regd no. 245 dated 18th April 2024.

He is also engaged in providing professional consultancy services in the field of Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Institutional Vastu.

His avid interest and understanding of the aforementioned subjects has enabled him to do a lot of social good. He is committed to remain a socially responsible citizen and improve the lives of people by lending them a helping hand.

Aims & Objectives

To conduct courses for the social cause of spreading and advancement of our Ancient Cosmic Sciences like Astrology, Vastu, Palmistry, Numerology and other allied subjects, evolved by our great Sages/Maharishis, through quality education under the overall supervision and guidance of AIFAS, New Delhi.

To hold seminars, conferences, workshops, exhibitions and public meetings for awareness of the general public regarding relevance of these sciences in the present day society.

To conduct further research for applicability of these Ancient Cosmic Sciences in the changed present day social, economic and environmental scenario and to publish related technical materials in magazines, periodicals, journals and electronic media etc.

To provide quality professional consultancy services in Astrology (Including Lal Kitab and Nadi Astrology), Vastu, Palmistry and Numerology for the welfare of the general public.
